Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day.

Shipping Times
USA delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays. Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions will apply automatically if available.

Wrong Addresses
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. You may file a claim with the carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

International Shipping
International delivery times vary by region. Customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our prices.

Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Carrier Delays
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control. Weather, holidays, and high volume may extend delivery times.
