Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Items with signs of wear, deodorant, stains or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 14 days. Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size, if available.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, limited drops, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are marked as non-returnable at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into processing or production. If you need to change something, contact us immediately.
Wrong Address
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once a new shipping fee is paid. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
